Based in London but can ship all over the globe.
At JMPS London, we believe that no two clients are the same. That's why we take the time to get to know you, understanding your unique style and preferences. We handpick items for you to create a personalised shopping experience that meets your needs and exceeds your expectations.
We understand that life can be busy, which is why we offer a variety of services to meet your needs. Whether you prefer in-person shopping, virtual styling sessions, wardrobe organisation services, or a last minute gift we've got you covered. We'll work around your schedule to ensure that you get the service you need when you need it.
We specialise in global product sourcing. Our worldwide contacts have access to limited edition launches, sold out. hot pieces and closed access brands.
We work with a client brief to curate a specialised selection of gifts to chose from based off the recipients interests and personal style. We can also put together multiple client gifts for events, weddings and parties.
Update your wardrobe with new season and key trend pieces. This service is also used for upcoming holiday styling. We will bring a styled selection of new season pieces to you to try on in the comfort of you home/ hotel.
We will go through your wardrobe to organise, categorise and remove any pieces that no longer serve you, leaving you with key capsule pieces. Add pairing: Create fresh new looks with your pre-existing items and learn how to style them
Combine the Refresh, Detox and a pairing for the ultimate new and improved wardrobe. Projects start at 4 days + and include a digital PDF with all your new looks.
The perfect appointment if you are looking for a look for a special occasion. This includes all accessories and jewellery to match.
If you would prefer to spend time in stores this appointment is for you. We will visit pre-agreed boutiques or department stores together and create styled looks with key wardrobe updates for you to take home.
Please note all appointments will require a video/ phone consultation before appointment is agreed.

In order to use any of our Services you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card. By placing an order, you confirm that all details you provide are true and accurate, that you are over 18 years of age, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card, or the bank account holder in the case of payments made by balance transfer, used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds in the account to cover the cost of your order.
When processing payments via card links, we will use Stripe (a PCI Service Provider Level 1 certified platform), who will store, collect and process your payment details over SSAL (Secure Sockets Layer). When using Stripe, our servers will not have access to your payment information.
All items are sourced on demand. When placing an order with us you acknowledge and agree that:
CANCELLATION, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
1. We cannot accept any returns or issue any refunds for any products you have ordered that are made-to-measure, made-to-order, or that have been customised to your specifications, or personalised, or explicitly described as ‘customised’, or cannot be returned for hygiene or personal health reasons (such as some items of lingerie, bikini bottoms), or items indicated as “final sale”, unless these are faulty at the time of delivery.
2. For all other non-bespoke products which are not made to order or personalised, returns and refunds will be at our discretion unless you have a statutory right to a refund, such as for customers in the UK and the European Union.

4. If you wish to cancel your order (and have a cancellation right) you must notify us within the relevant 14 day time period referred to above. Please note all returns costs are covered by the client unless the items is incorrect or faulty. The same applies for all relevant personal shopping fees.
